As these antennas are all 1/4 wave for the UHF CB Band, they need to be mounted so that the bottom of the antenna is as close to the surface of the metal ground plane as possible
the very best way is to use a Mobile One UHF base on a BMB mount
NOTE: Do not use a Z bracket as the antenna will be too high and have a worst SWR, Some gutter mounts will not work well either
